My aging Mother needed to move closer to family and we really liked Lakeshore Gardens. Sharon was very patient with us as we tried to find just the right home for my Mother. Sharon helped us with referrals to people that could help us prepare the home for improvements. Everything was ready and on time when Mom moved down from northern California. She loved the park and became good friends with Sharon for the next three years. When health requirements required Mom to move to a board and care home, Sharon found a buyer very, very fast. In the poor economy of late 2008, Sharon found a buyer and escrow closed just 32 days after the mobile home was listed!
